Are your items handmade?

Many of our pieces are handcrafted by Grim & Glimmer, while others are carefully curated vintage or preloved treasures. Each product listing clearly identifies whether an item is handmade, vintage, or curated. 

Are vintage and preloved items cleaned?

Yes! Every preloved item is carefully inspected and cleaned before it is listed, with rare exceptions for some vintage pieces to reduce the possibility of damaging material.

Will my item look exactly like the photos?

We do our best to photograph each piece accurately. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen or lighting.

Do you combine shipping?

Yes! We happily combine shipping whenever possible.

Do you accept custom requests?
